Job title: Lean Specialist
About the Role AGCO S.p.A. is seeking an experienced Lean Specialist to identify, plan, support and execute continuous improvement activities aimed at reducing waste and enhancing efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety across manufacturing processes. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, training team members, and applying lean methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S+1, SMED, TPM/OEE, VSM and visual management to drive improvements.
What You'll Do
- Plan and implement the required continuous improvement plan and work, verify safety aspects, plan budgets, monitor costs through management of work accounts, company policies and law compliance.
- Propose strategies for APS implementation, defining techniques, tools and approach in cooperation with other team members and supporting the manager.
- Budgeting, data sheets and technical review with suppliers; interface with other areas and departments to plan and execute the activities.
- Update global dashboards and data systems; interface with external consultants and AGCO Global partners to share best practices and align the initiatives.
- Perform trainings and coaching across the organization to embed lean thinking and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years' experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Demonstrates strong skills in Shop Floor Experience, Lean Knowledge, Problem-Solving, Knowledge Energy / Drive stakeholders' management, Communication Skills and Business Case Results (lean).
- Experience on lean implementation and trainings on the job.
- Proficiency in Italian and Fluent in English.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: €32,000 – €59,000 gross annual salary.
