About the Role The Leadership Institute is a national four-day conference designed to develop student leaders, create a community of scholars, and connect diverse, talented students with recruiters. The program prepares juniors, seniors, and graduate students from TMCF member schools to compete in today's global workforce and features a recruitment fair where companies and government agencies offer interviews, internships, and full-time opportunities.
