What You'll Do
- Participate in development programs and training opportunities to build leadership, business acumen, and technical skills.
- Complete online courses and engage in professional, technical, safety, wellness, and other training.
- Pursue on-the-job training through apprenticeships: Electric Line Worker, Electric Cable Splicer, Substation Electrician, Substation Relay and Control Tester, Industrial Electrician (Energy Production) and Millwright (Energy Production).
- Learn from experienced crews in classroom and hands-on environments and explore opportunities to advance in the energy industry.
