About the Role Lead Welder (Nights) at Sabre Industries, responsible for guiding fabrication operations, weld quality, and developing a skilled night-shift team. This onsite role supports production throughput and safety/compliance in Sioux City, Iowa. What You'll Do
- Oversee welding and fabrication operations on the night shift
- Train and supervise production staff
- Operate welding equipment and related fabrication machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure quality assembly
- Manage material handling and perform inspections to meet standards What We're Looking For
- Must pass 3G and 4G FCAW welding tests
- Read blueprints and fabricate to specifications
- Experience with Epicor/Vantage MES
- Train and supervise production staff
- Perform material handling and inspection tasks Nice to Have
- Experience with Epicor/Vantage MES and Microsoft Outlook Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $30 per hour
- Full-time, onsite position on the night shift
- Location: Sioux City, Iowa
