About the Role Role requires minimum 7-10 years of experience in Tosca on SAP modules, with a strong focus on the SAP IS-U module. You will lead and mentor a team of Tosca automation engineers, developing automation strategies, frameworks, and standards, and ensuring reusable Tosca solutions across multiple projects. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca, including test case design
- Develop and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and standards for Tosca automation, ensuring reusability across projects
- Lead and mentor a team of Tosca automation engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Maintain the Tosca automation framework across multiple projects; conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers and stakeholders) to identify testing needs and ensure test coverage
- Identify, track, and resolve defects found during testing; ensure timely resolution
- Use JIRA and ALM for test and defect management; knowledge of SAP IS-U module, its functionalities, processes, and integration points with other SAP modules and external systems What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Tosca on SAP modules, with strong focus on SAP IS-U
- Strong experience with Tosca automation tools, including Tosca Commander, Test Case Design, API, and TDM
- Experience developing automation strategies, frameworks, and standards; ensuring reusability across projects
- Proven leadership/mentoring experience in Tosca automation engineering
- Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability and performance
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated Tosca test scripts including test case design
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and ensure test coverage
- Defect management experience; ability to identify, track, and resolve defects
- Experience with JIRA and ALM; knowledge of SAP IS-U module, its functionalities, processes, and integration points with other SAP modules and external systems
