About this role
The lead position is an hourly position in a fast-paced production environment. The position is responsible for maintaining a team environment, tracking accurate packaging and mixing storage of food products, cleaning the work area, following all health and safety regulations, and other assigned duties. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees production area in the absence of Production Supervisor. Observes and adjusts product flow and process flow to ensure that production standards are met.
