About the Role Lead Technician, Airframe & Powerplant on the Bombardier Learjet Customer Response Team. This on-site role at Learjet Inc. in Tucson focuses on airframe and powerplant maintenance to support customer needs and aircraft readiness. What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair on Learjet airframe and powerplant systems in response to customer needs
- Collaborate with the Customer Response Team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely, safe aircraft readiness
- Document work performed and ensure compliance with aviation safety and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with shop and flight operations as needed; participate in weekend shift coverage What We're Looking For
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate
- Experience working on business jets, preferably Learjet platforms
- Ability to work on-site in Tucson and support weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
