About the Role
Lead Technical Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining web-based solutions for internal and customer-facing applications. You will contribute to software design and architecture and provide expertise in the ReactJS (Client-Side Framework), HTML5, CSS3, responsive web designs, Web API, C#, and the .NET technology stack, including best practices and design patterns. What You'll Do

Write code to develop and maintain web-based solutions for internal and customer-facing applications.

Contribute to software design and architecture; provide expertise in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, Web API, C#, and the .NET technology stack including best practices and design patterns.

Code review team contributions and guide them on best practices.

Work with product to understand business asks, review and assist the team in evaluating user stories for upcoming sprints, create technical designs, write code and unit testing.

Look out for feature gaps, and ensure team competency during the sprint.

Understand relational database models, NoSQL, and SQL programming to support application functionality.

Provide support for stakeholder requests, participate in system integration testing, support customer requests and respond to incidents in a timely manner.

Mentor junior team members. What We're Looking For

Strong experience with ReactJS (Client-Side Framework), HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design.

Proficiency with Web API, C#, and the .NET technology stack, including best practices and design patterns.

Experience in code reviews and mentoring junior team members.

Ability to work with product and stakeholders to understand business asks and evaluate user stories for upcoming sprints.

Knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL, and SQL programming to support application functionality. Nice to Have

Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.

Prior leadership or mentoring experience and the ability to guide a development team.
