Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.

Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business.

Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.

Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; uphold store policies and procedures.

Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals. What We're Looking For

1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally); capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering on the sales floor and stockroom.

Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, and Learning on the Fly as core competencies; experience developing direct reports and building teams is a plus. Nice to Have

Experience with clienteling to build long-term customer relationships and to mentor others in clienteling strategies.
