About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a Lead SRA/PIA/DRP execution professional to drive end-to-end delivery within client engineering engagements. The role includes triaging and prioritizing intake requests, owning POD- or process-level delivery, and identifying risks, dependencies, and remediation paths to enable efficient, compliant delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end SRA/PIA/DRP execution
- Triage and prioritize intake requests
- Own POD-level or process-level delivery
- Identify risks, dependencies, and remediation paths
- Drive process adoption and improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Power Automate
- Leverage SAP (Beginner) knowledge
- Apply Scrum/Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience delivering remote, client-facing projects
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Power Automate
- Familiarity with SAP (Beginner level)
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile and Lean Six Sigma
- Strong risk identification, prioritization, and remediation skills
- Ability to triage and manage intake effectively
