About the Role
Lead Software Engineer within the Technical Enablement team of the Value Stream Management Office (VMO). You will drive standardized practices, improve delivery resilience, and accelerate onboarding of new teams to enable efficient, scalable value delivery.
What You'll Do
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Create automated end to end tests based on input from business experts and architects.
- Guide business consultants in developing configuration in a DevOps approach.
- Monitor, react on, and debug failing tests.
- First level tech support on infrastructure, tools and processes.
- Manage end to end infrastructure.
- Develop tools to support integrated tests.
- What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in C# with at least 5 years of experience.
- Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD & PowerShell scripting.
- Practical experience with Azure and related technologies (Azure DevOps pipelines, Function apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Bicep or Terraform).
- Azure networking and related certifications.
- DevOps mindset and clear belief in test driven development.
- Ability to drive transformation, and curiosity to learn about business processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively, remain self-motivated, and consistently deliver results.
- Nice to Have
- Additional experience with cloud architectures, containerization, or distributed systems.
- Compensation & Benefits
- For Poland: Compensation ranges are being disclosed at the initial stage of candidate engagement.
- For Italy: Salary range is between 41,360 and 62,040 EUR RAL base compensation, under CCNL Commercio framework. Includes health care, leave, and retirement plans. Total compensation may vary based on role, location, department, and performance.
- Work arrangement: Global hybrid policy with office two days per week and remote other days; flexible working hours and a hybrid workplace model.
