About the Team
The HCM Technology team enables the systems and processes that support the full employee lifecycle across the organization. We partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to support and enhance key HCM functions including Compensation, Talent Management, Goals, Succession Planning, Recruitment, Leave Management, and related employee experience capabilities.
We are a talented, collaborative, and forward-thinking team focused on delivering reliable, scalable, and user-friendly technology solutions. In addition to supporting critical HR operations, the team is actively exploring AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, streamline processes, and create better experiences for employees, managers, and HR partners.
