About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a hybrid Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) with strong backend Java experience, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies to design and deliver scalable microservices. This role combines hands-on development with collaboration across teams to produce globally scalable, high-quality software. Location: Guadalajara area, Hybrid (3 office days) in Prados Tepeyac, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. What You'll Do
- Write high quality, secure code that is modular, functional and testable using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain backend microservices and RESTful APIs, including JSON and SOAP-based services.
- Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka and MQ for asynchronous communication.
- Develop in cloud-native environments (AWS, Cloud Foundry) and contribute to deployment, automation, and reliability efforts.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively identify solutions and drive them to successful implementation. What We're Looking For
- Proven backend development experience with microservices.
- Expertise in Java development using frameworks such as Spring (Spring Boot).
- Strong background in RESTful APIs and JSON/SOAP-based APIs with Java.
- Hands-on experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and MQ.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS, Cloud Foundry).
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Excellent knowledge of software engineering concepts and methodologies.
- Experience building global-scale, high-quality solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on identifying solutions and driving them to implementation.
