About the Role Valce Talent Solutions seeks a Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack to design and implement secure, scalable solutions for distributed payment systems. You will work in a SAFe/Agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders to drive non-functional requirements and enablers, and help elevate technical excellence. What You'll Do
- Design secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for globally distributed payment systems.
- Identify, plan and drive enablers and non-functional requirements for systems.
- Support development teams and collaborate with stakeholders using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Contribute to creating a culture of technical excellence and best practices. What We're Looking For
- Strong experience as a Full Stack developer with Java development/architecture and Angular.
- Experience with responsive design, RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of cloud-native development (PCF, Azure) and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Spring framework, Maven, Kafka, Database Design, SQL.
- Proficiency with tools like Sonar, Dynatrace, GIT, ALM, CI/CD (Jenkins) and Splunk.
- Familiarity with SAFe/Agile processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. Nice to Have
- Experience in payment systems/fintech domains.
