About the Role We’re seeking a highly motivated lead engineer to join our Apple engineering team focused on the personalized streaming experience for our mobile customer base. As a senior technical contributor and team guide, you will help the team navigate complex problems in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment. We continuously evaluate the latest iOS and tvOS capabilities, with opportunities to learn and grow. This role sits at the intersection of deep Apple platform engineering and AI-native development: daily use of AI agents and AI coding tools and hands-on collaboration with ML and data science teams on client-facing features.
What You'll Do
- Architect and lead development of the personalized streaming experience for mobile (iOS/tvOS)
- Collaborate with ML and data science teams to deliver client-facing features
- Leverage AI agents and AI coding tools in daily workflows
- Guide and mentor other engineers, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work across product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable mobile experiences
What We're Looking For
- Technically solid engineer with strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Proven ability to work across teams and communicate clearly
- Experience with iOS and tvOS platform engineering and mobile app development
- Familiarity with AI-native development and tools; comfortable collaborating with ML and data science teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working alongside data science, ML, and product teams is a plus
- Familiarity with AI coding tools is optional
