About the Role Paramount Streaming is seeking a Lead Engineer, Apple to join the AI Engagement Engine team as a senior individual contributor. This role focuses on building high-performance, user-facing features that power content discovery and personalization across Paramount+ and Pluto TV on iOS and tvOS. The engineer will work cross-functionally with backend, ML, data, and platform teams and own complex technical initiatives end‑to‑end. What You'll Do
- Own complex technical initiatives end-to-end and contribute to the Apple application architecture.
- Build high-performance, user-facing features for iOS and tvOS that power content discovery and personalization.
- Collaborate with backend, ML, data, and platform teams to deliver scalable experiences.
- Champion AI-assisted development; routinely use AI agents and coding tools to accelerate delivery.
- Influence engineering practices and partner with technical leadership to establish best practices. What We're Looking For
- Senior individual contributor with strong Apple platform engineering experience.
- Track record shipping ML/LLM-powered features in mobile apps (iOS/tvOS).
- Experience working cross-functionally with backend, ML, data, and platform teams; strong communication skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot or similar.
- Familiarity with AI-native development and ML/data collaboration.
- Prior work on content discovery or personalization features.
