About the Role The Lead Service Delivery Consultant works within SimCorp's SaaS Operations team to support and maintain SimCorp Dimension and deliver services to clients. The role focuses on providing solutions, deploying services, and maintaining a strong client relationship, acting as a trusted advisor.

What You'll Do

• Be the key contact for clients regarding production support and help manage the relationship.
• Establish and maintain a client network at multiple levels and build a long-term partnership.
• Analyze problems in client production environments and provide timely solutions within SLAs.
• Advise on configuration maintenance and enhancements to ensure optimal use of SimCorp services.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure efficient client solutions.
• Coach/mentor others and influence practices within the field.
• On-site client work required; weekend/public holidays occasionally; extended hours may be required.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science.
• Knowledge of financial issues (theoretical and practical).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in asset management/funds management/custodian.
• Experience in operating and supporting front-to-back investment management solutions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proactive, service-minded, problem-solving attitude; able to work under pressure.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
• Expertise in SQL, data extraction, and data loading; risk operations background is a strong plus.

• On-site CBD location experience; willingness to hybrid work arrangement as needed.
