About the Role As a pivotal member of Atos' SAP practice, you will act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through digital transformation in SAP Finance. You’ll turn business requirements into innovative SAP finance solutions and drive end-to-end delivery. What You'll Do
- Dive deep into business processes, review and analyze, and translate insights into scope, objectives, and system designs to fuel strategic initiatives.
- Bridge customer needs with innovative solutions, crafting user stories and high-quality software designs.
- Guide businesses toward optimized processes and appropriate IT automation.
- Study operations, gather insights, and map journeys with workflow charts and diagrams; outline specifications and system capabilities.
- Manage and organize requirement backlogs and provide clear insights through customer interactions.
- Infuse expertise into existing systems, designing modifications that boost efficiency.
- Elevate your role to trusted advisor by cultivating warm, expert relationships and guiding change. What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer sciences, or information management.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Finance experience.
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP Finance implementations in an international environment and at least 1 year of SAP S/4 Finance implementation experience.
- Experience in SAP Finance Cloud (public or private) is a big plus.
- Proficiency across Data Management; General Ledger; Accounts Receivable; Accounts Payable; Asset Accounting; Special Purpose Ledger; Month End/Year End Closing; Consolidations; Reconciliations; Intercompany Transactions; Financial Reporting, EBS, DME.
- SAP CO is nice to have, as well as SAP FS-CM.
- Agile/Scrum mindset with focus on user stories, backlog management, and refinements.
- A T-shaped, collaborative professional with ability to support presales and maintain a vibrant SAP network.
- Familiarity with Business/Enterprise Architecture concepts, TOGAF as a guiding framework.
- Adaptability to modern technologies and change-driven environments.
- Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- SAP certifications, including at least 1 SAP S/4 certification in Finance (cloud preferred).
- Focus on Public and Manufacturing markets.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; able to challenge process owners and articulate the "why" behind the actions. Nice to Have
- At least 1 SAP S/4 certification in Finance domain, preferably Cloud.
- Broad SAP certification portfolio and active engagement in SAP certification programs.
- Strong commercial acumen and presales experience. Compensation & Benefits
