About the Role Step into leadership at Stretch Zone as a Lead Sales Associate and help grow our sales team while supporting members to feel better, move better, and live better. This role combines opening the studio, coaching staff, and developing a high-performing sales culture. What You'll Do
- Open the studio, ensure cleanliness and readiness for members
- Train and onboard new Sales Associates, providing mentorship and support
- Coach and monitor team performance, helping members achieve their wellness goals
- Lead by example and fill in when the Studio Manager is off-site
- Close the studio at the end of the day and prepare for tomorrow What We're Looking For
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role
- Prior supervisory or team-support experience
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for health, fitness, or wellness
