Job Description

In this role, you will impact the overall operational uptime and safety of our manufacturing and production facilities by ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, reducing downtime and supporting continuous production flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for production equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment with at least 6+ years in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance practices to optimize equipment reliability.

• Experience with maintenance management systems and safety compliance standards.

• WE VALUE

• Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.

• Experience leading and mentoring maintenance teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
