Job title: Lead Qualification Specialist
About the Role The Lead Qualification Specialist owns Domino North America’s inbound demand and serves as the first line of contact for inbound leads. This entry-level role quickly and accurately receives, qualifies, and routes inbound leads to sales, ensuring nothing is dropped and that sales gets warm, qualified handoffs. The position leverages marketing lead scoring and offers a clear development path toward outbound development and inside sales.
What You'll Do
- Receive and triage inbound leads (solutions inbox, web forms, live chat, and inbound phone/email) promptly.
- Qualify inbound leads using marketing’s lead-scoring criteria; reach out to further qualify where needed before passing to sales.
- Route qualified leads to the correct Account Manager or National Account Manager with a clean, warm handoff and complete intake data.
- Manage the inbound-to-SRL process and ensure no qualified lead is left unworked.
- Maintain data quality and hygiene at intake (accurate, complete, de-duplicated records).
- Support trade-show and event lead capture and follow-up.
- Escalate inbound leads needing outbound development to the Marketing Manager, who may route them to the Lead Generation Specialist.
- Travel to support tradeshows, training, and departmental objectives (~10%).
What We're Looking For
- Education & Experience: High school diploma with some college coursework preferred; proven successful sales/telemarketing experience; some B2B experience.
- Nice to have: experience in coding/marking/labelling equipment is a significant advantage.
- Skills & Knowledge: Fast, organized, and accurate; able to handle inbound volume without dropping tasks; clear communicator; comfortable making qualifying outreach by phone and email; detail-oriented with strong data discipline in a CRM; eager to learn and grow toward outbound development/inside sales; Salesforce familiarity or ability to ramp quickly from documentation.

- Experience in coding/marking/labelling equipment is a significant advantage.

- Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 USD annually plus performance-based bonus.
