Job title: Lead Project Sourcing

About the Role

Lead Project Sourcing to drive optimal sourcing decisions for NPD and LCM projects and to ensure on-time delivery within e.l.f. Beauty’s multi-brand portfolio. This role combines people leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize cost and value.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Project Sourcing team to ensure optimal sourcing decisions on NPD and LCM projects.

• Manage resource allocation within the Project Sourcing team to support project needs.

• Work with Category Sourcing and Sourcing Excellence to deliver optimal sourcing solutions.

• Drive Project Sourcing related processes and systems improvements to increase efficiency.

• Ensure correct and logical documents and templates are used in Project Sourcing activities.

• Actively connect with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive continuous improvement in ways of working.

• Coach the team to develop skills and capabilities and ensure sustainable growth of the project sourcing function.

• What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Engineering degree is a plus.

• English level: excellent.

• 10+ years of sourcing and project management experience in multinational corporations or FMCG.

• Experience in cosmetics industry or Category/Commodity management is a plus.

• In-depth understanding of cost modeling and Total Cost of Ownership management.

• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.

• Strong business ownership and accountability.

• Ability to manage complexity and solve problems; strong data analysis skills.

• Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and influencing skills with suppliers.

• Experience in managing global projects with sound communication skills.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in cosmetics industry or Category/Commodity management.

• MBA or Engineering degree.
