About the Role Lead, Program Manager for the L3Harris WESCAM Division. This role leads program management efforts to deliver end-to-end technology solutions that support customers’ mission-critical needs across space, air, land, sea and cyber domains in the interest of national security. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage complex defense technology programs from inception to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Develop program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget execution
- Monitor program performance, provide regular status updates to leadership, and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customers to translate requirements into actionable work What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in defense/technology sectors
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Knowledge of end-to-end program lifecycle and risk management
