About the Role
Lead Product Owner to lead, coach, and line manage a team of Product Owners. This hands-on leadership role focuses on AI adoption, championing AI tools across the Product Owner community and helping to embed AI-enabled workflows from requirements through delivery. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Product Owners across agile teams
- Drive AI adoption across the Product Owner community and establish best practices
- Contribute to building AI tools that improve product ownership workflows
- Set the standard for backlog ownership, prioritisation, and quality
- Report to a Senior Manager What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product ownership experience in software/technology environments
- Proven line management experience, or significant coaching/mentoring of other product professionals
- Demonstrable experience using and building AI tools to improve delivery
- Confidence working with technical teams and complex, technical products
- Strong command of Agile practices at scale (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban)
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- AI/ML literacy certification or equivalent practical experience Compensation & Benefits
