About this role

VoCoVo – Lead Product Manager

Role Overview As Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy and long-term direction of your Product Portfolio at VoCoVo. This role has a Hardware focus and you'll be accountable for VoCoVo’s devices cluster, including total cost of ownership. You'll work across both hardware and software teams, balancing upfront product cost against reliability, ease of install and ongoing operational effort.

You will bring together multiple related product domains, each owned by a Senior or Mid-level Product Manager and will take accountability for ensuring these domains work together as a cohesive unit, with a shared vision that delivers customer value, commercial outcomes and supports our long-term objectives.

You'll own the strategy, priorities and roadmap for your portfolio and team, making high-impact decisions that balance customer needs and business priorities. As the recognised product authority, you will be comfortable driving organisational alignment and representing your team in executive-level forums.

Alongside broader leadership responsibilities, you will directly own an anchor product area, ensuring you remain close to customers, technology and delivery. In addition to this, you'll line-manage a team of Product Managers, providing coaching and career development whilst raising the standard of product management across the department.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with Engineering leadership and key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Operations to align strategy with commercial priorities and successful execution. You will be accountable for ensuring your Product Portfolio operates with clear objectives, aligned priorities and a shared direction across every team contributing to its success.

Please note, to apply for this position you must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK. This is a hybrid remote position, we're looking for someone who is able to travel once per week, this may be to our office (Shipton-under-Wychwood or Cheltenham) or on customer visits.
