About the Role

As the Lead Product Analyst in Wise's Send tribe, you will provide the dedicated analytical capacity to drive our most critical workstreams, focusing on verification, service quality, and growth-driven predictability. By bridging data and product strategy, you will help make our transfers more reliable and scalable for customers moving significant capital.

What You'll Do

  • Provide the dedicated analytical capacity needed to drive our most critical workstreams in the Send tribe, with a focus on verification, predictability, and service quality.
  • Lead insight generation and impact tracking to improve transfer verification, clarify documentation requirements, and remove friction from the process.
  • Help define the strategy to scale our support operations and identify customer segments that require more specialized attention to prevent churn.
  • Improve product reliability and the efficiency of our service to influence customer retention and unlock growth.
  • Partner with Product Managers and fellow Analysts to set KPIs and monitor the impact of new features on conversion, engagement, and stickiness.
  • Apply First Principles thinking to structure ambiguous problems and identify the most impactful opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical Skills: 5+ years in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills (SQL & Python); experience conducting regular A/B tests and causal analyses to determine impact of product changes on defined metrics.
  • KPI Setting: Experience partnering with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs and monitor impact on conversion, stickiness and engagement.
  • Influence: Strong stakeholder management; collaborative; know when to say yes or no to maximise impact; bias to action.
  • First Principles Thinking: Ability to take ambiguous problems and structure/solve them; ensure team works on high-impact opportunities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering high-quality data and self-serve analytics using Airflow, dbt and Looker.
  • Applied AI/ML techniques and predictive models to gain deeper insights.
  • Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £75,000 - £115,000 per year.
  • Company Restricted Stock Units.
  • Hybrid working in our London office; 6 weeks of paid sabbatical after 4 years at Wise on top of annual leave; paid annual holiday, sick days, parental leave and other leave opportunities.
