About the Role
SimCorp is seeking a Senior/Lead/Principal Business Consultant to join the EMEA Consulting Services team, focused on ABOR, Alts Investment, and Front Office workflows, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading consulting and implementation projects of SimCorp Dimension and acting as a trusted advisor to clients in investment operations and front-office domains.
What You'll Do
- Responsibility for major parts of SimCorp Dimension consulting and implementation projects
- Understand clients’ requirements and processes across investment operations and front-office domains and outline solutions for optimal use of SimCorp Dimension
- Close cooperation with the project manager and take a key role in leading projects to success
- Be the key contact for our customers for all questions related to SimCorp Dimension
- Instruct and mentor less experienced colleagues on the job
- Prepare requirement specifications for enhancements to our product management
- Identify opportunities to offer tailored services beyond the project scope to clients as a trusted advisor
- Contribute to improving best practices for implementation processes and promote topics across projects
- Actively participate in know-how exchange with colleagues on an international level
- What We're Looking For
- Degree in economics/finance, mathematics/computer science or similar qualification
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant from banks, asset managers, insurers, or consulting firms, with exposure to ABOR, Alts Investment, Front Office, or related investment management domains
- Strong knowledge of investment management workflows and financial instruments, ideally across accounting, alternatives investment, front-office processes, or related domains within banking, asset management, and/or insurance
- Ideally you have SimCorp Dimension experience or you are familiar with implementing financial software
- Independent and analytical way of working
- Team spirit and a talent to share your knowledge
- Strong communication and consulting skills and a high degree of commercial awareness, customer orientation and quality consciousness
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel
