Lead Payroll Analyst Location: Portland, Oregon (Fully Remote) Role Overview This position is for a Lead Payroll Analyst. The role involves solving client analytics problems, communicating results, and developing experimental design approaches to validate findings. The analyst will also be responsible for identifying and analyzing data patterns, partnering with data stewards, and providing on-going tracking and monitoring of performance of decision systems and statistical models.

- Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by defining, calculating, and validating metrics and algorithms.
- Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, including data reports, visualizations, and or interactive Business Intelligence (BI) reports.
