About the role
We are seeking a Lead ML Engineer to join a dynamic team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with 8-12 years of hands-on experience in machine learning implementation and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale the machine learning practice from the ground up in a startup environment.

Hire and manage an ML engineering team, providing technical guidance and leadership.

Design and engineer reinforcement learning (RL) environments and feedback loops.

Build infrastructure for collecting, evaluating, and utilizing data in production ML systems.

Collaborate closely with ML platform engineering teams to drive core ML implementations.

Location: Haralur, Bangalore

Experience: 8-12 years at a senior/staff level with deep technical expertise in ML.

Compensation: Competitive and flexible, based on experience and expertise, ranging from 50 to 150 LPA.
