JOB OBJECTIVE
The Proposition Manager will drive the development, refinement, and implementation of market-aligned insurance propositions to support the Commercial Sales diversification and growth strategy. The role will bridge product innovation and sales execution, ensuring propositions are customer-centric, sales-friendly, and aligned with market needs. The role will also co-ordinate Brokers Engagements.

EDUCATION/ PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus).
EXPERIENCE

5-7 years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or a related role in the insurance industry.

Demonstrated success in designing and launching customer-focused insurance products.

Strong understanding of insurance markets, distribution channels, and customer segments.
