Job Description Summary
The Lead Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) will work in a production shop environment to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

This is an invaluable opportunity to be in a dynamic area with regular report outs and visibility to senior leadership. The Production Supervisor will be coached and given autonomy to have a fulfilling role with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. High opportunity area for RCCA and process improvement.
