We are seeking a highly talented Lead Interior Designer to join a leading hospitality-focused design studio based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a strong design vision to lead the design of luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants and F&B venues, delivering exceptional guest experiences from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion
• Produce innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and operator brand standards
• Take ownership of design quality across projects, reviewing the work of the team at key stages
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and coordination with internal teams and external consultants
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, FF&E schedules and presentations
• Lead concept and client presentations, building strong relationships with clients, operators and brand teams
• Mentor and guide junior and intermediate designers, fostering a collaborative and creative studio environment
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained through to delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality projects
• Proven portfolio showcasing luxury hotel, resort, restaurant or F&B design work
• Previous GCC experience, ideally in Dubai, with an understanding of the local market and approval processes
• Experience working with international hotel brands and operators is advantageous
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar)
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E selection, bespoke joinery and technical detailing
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
