About this role
Lead Installer - Windows and Doors will supervise and perform installation of Renewal by Andersen windows and doors, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role covers residential/commercial installations across Vermont and serves as the primary point of contact between the crew, project managers, and homeowners. Our Lead Installers are both technicians and brand stewards who represent Renewal by Andersen in the field.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and perform residential and commercial window/door installations across Vermont
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Provide leadership to installation crews and coordinate with project managers and customers
- Represent the company as the face of Renewal by Andersen, answering questions and requesting online reviews at job close
- Maintain clean work sites and follow company processes
What We're Looking For
- 2 years general construction experience (preferred)
- 1 year trim carpentry experience (preferred)
- Experience installing windows in homes of various shapes/sizes/styles
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Professional craftsperson with strong customer-service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and teammates
- Willingness to uphold brand standards and safety policies
Nice to Have
- Certified Master Installer status (trained to install Renewal by Andersen products)
- Prior lead installer or supervisory experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Signing Bonus: $1,500 (eligible if hired in June)
