Lead Installer

About the Role

Lead Installer for Stone Systems' Fort Lauderdale shop, reporting to the Installation Manager. Responsible for supervising and executing the installation of custom-made countertops, tiles, and other applications for retail customers and new home constructions with the help of an Associate Installer. Ensures all installations are completed per project design and specifications, while upholding quality and safety standards. What You'll Do

• Oversee all installation jobs and ensure they are completed within time frames

• Digital measure and install all Dekton, K&B's, and HOT jobs

• Prepare and cut materials in the shop, as well as at the job sites

• Solve installation problems and monitor job repairs

• Read and interpret architectural blueprints

• Manage daily reports

• Reports change/check orders and manage documents related to the installation before arriving at the location

• Load jobs and tools in the truck and carry them to the customers' location

• Inspect every job at the shop to ensure that meets our quality standards

• Responsible for getting the highest scores from our customers

• Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced

• Train other installers What We're Looking For

• EXPERIENCE Required: 3+ years of experience with installation

• DESIRED: 2+ years in the Stone Industry

• EDUCATION Required: High School Diploma/GED

• KNOWLEDGE Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Bilingual: English/Spanish

• SKILLS Required:

• Ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast paced environment

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Able to use power tools effectively

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
