About this role
About the Role As a Lead Infrastructure Security Engineer in Prudential's Identity Governance and Administration team, you will partner with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers, and delivery professionals to improve Prudential's Identity Management platform. You will help ensure the Identity Governance platforms remain in compliance with Information Security Standards and processes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product owners in understanding needs and defining feature stories, with tech leads on technical design, and with team members to understand the system end-to-end and deliver robust solutions with business impact.
- Engage in identity management projects with hands-on effort to implement solutions.
- Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variables.
- Partner with Operations Support / QA testing teams to triage and perform root cause analysis to drive solution changes addressing reported defects and complex technical/process problems.
- Collaborate with BISO, engineering, and architecture to continuously improve the Identity Management platform and solve identity challenges.
- Ensure product security and code integrity is maintained throughout the product lifecycle, integrating new security features and updates into existing products.
- Bring a strong understanding of relevant and emerging identity technologies, provide input and coach team members, and embed learning and innovation in day-to-day work.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of developer experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) v8.4+ including deep understanding of Workflow / Forms / Application Onboarding / API & Plugins.
- Exposure and/or experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (P1AIC) or ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; security identity architectures and frameworks; privileged access management; audit and compliance engagements with PCI/SOX/Fed regulatory requirements.
- Ability to mentor others with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of business concepts and tools needed for sound decision-making; ability to learn new skills continuously; excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SailPoint IIQ or IDN / Identity Cloud platforms; Cloud Computing: AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Preferred: CISSP, CCSP, Identity Management Institute.

- CISSP, CCSP, Identity Management Institute certifications (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $133,600.00 - $220,400.00 USD per year.
