Job Description

We are looking for an Lead, HR Generalist for our Dominican Republic (DR) Campus who will meaning contribute as a member of the leadership team providing strategic input, HR solutions, daily leadership, creative consultation, and leadership coaching/counseling for our plant. You will work with the LATAM HR Business Partner, Plant Manager and local HR team, in defining short-term and long-term organizational needs and solutions in employee engagement and inclusion, change management, organizational design and job leveling, and compensation. The Lead, HR Generalist will report directly to the HRBP Mexico, you will partner with our HR Services and HR Coes to deliver the full value of HR to the business.
