About the Role

Delta Innovative Services is expanding its project management team and seeks a leader to oversee commercial roofing projects from inception to closeout with full accountability for results. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-moving construction environments, communicates clearly, and can guide large roofing initiatives to successful completion. It is not entry-level and requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and ownership of outcomes in commercial roofing or related complex construction systems.

What You'll Do

• Own preconstruction strategy, buyout, and cost control for roofing projects.

• Manage client relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, and consultants.

• Lead change negotiations and protect project margins financially.

• Coordinate procurement and manufacturer activities to align with project needs.

• Ensure operational readiness before field crews mobilize.

• Deliver clean, disciplined project closeouts and thorough documentation.

• Maintain full P&L responsibility for commercial roofing projects.

• Proactively run projects, removing obstacles and communicating with clarity and authority.

• Align with field leadership to keep teams productive and projects on track.
