About the Role We are seeking a commercially minded, analytically rigorous, strategically agile Lead to join the Global Innovation team. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, corporate M&A, global strategic intelligence and senior stakeholder partnership, translating complex market data into clear, decision-ready insights that shape branded innovation strategy and portfolio priorities across US, EU, Japan, and China. What You'll Do
- Drive In-Market Forecasting, commercial planning and own end-to-end in-market forecasting including methodology design, assumptions governance, and delivery of robust market projections.
- Lead planning for branded products launches.
- Partner with Business Finance, M&A and Commercial teams to align forecasts with planning and ensure alignment on key assumptions.
