Job Title: Lead Generative AI Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $69/hr - $72/hr on W2

Contract Length: 12 Months

Role Overview

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will design and develop multi-agent orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and enable AI solutions that streamline workflows and accelerate delivery. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact. This role involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.

• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.

• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.

• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.

• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

• Consult on and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale software engineering challenges.

• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.

• Required Qualifications

• Full-Stack Development

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.

• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.

• Generative AI Engineering

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.

• Experience with OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.

• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

• Enterprise Application Development

• 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.

• General Experience

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

• Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.

• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
