Working with AI tools
We expect our lead developers to have hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and a clear view on when they are useful and when they can hurt. Leaders should help teams adopt AI-based practices responsibly while maintaining solid engineering foundations, code quality standards, and delivery discipline. It is just as important that you can do excellent work without these tools. AI accelerates good engineers, but fundamentals remain essential. We seek people who use AI as one tool among others.
