Job Description

• Manages and supervises the OPEX Central Function OEE Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads global initiatives with regard to OPEX Central Function OEE Management
• Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Functional accountability for OPEX Central Function OEE Management on global level

• Manages the WSD OEE improvement activities
• Leads the development of Continuous Improvements skills within the WSD OEE network

Qualifications and Experience

• Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical)
• 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement
• Team management experience is a plus
• Language: Fluent French | English C1
