Job Description

• Supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
• Acts as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters
• Acts as an interface to all HR departments for HR-related topics
• Organizes the relevant information for Annual Salary Increase, personnel planning as FTE and personnel costs
• Supports strategic workforce planning
• Assigns the personnel selection process internally and externally to HR recruiting and supports contract negotiations and the onboarding process if necessary
• Transmits future staffing requirements to HR Recruiting for further processing
• Communicates and coordinates HR related topics for the respective leader or area
• Supports the talent management and successor planning
• Supports the leader within the salary change process and with personnel development measures
• Submits exit support for further execution
• Coaches and consults the respective leaders on leadership, competency management and team development
• Supports the valuation of future business needs and consults on HR related measures
• Supports deployment of HR processes and guidelines

Qualifications and Experience

• Education Level: University Degree in a relevant field
• Language: Fluent English & French
• Experience: 5 years in the HR field.
