We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Lead Dispatcher to support daily operations within a fast-paced = environment. This role is responsible for overseeing workflow execution, supporting frontline team members, monitoring performance metrics, and helping ensure operational goals are met. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can balance administrative responsibilities with an active presence on the operations floor. This position offers strong growth potential within a rapidly expanding organization that promotes from within.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of operational staff to ensure daily objectives are achieved.

• Assign tasks and monitor workflow throughout the shift to maintain productivity and efficiency.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members while reinforcing company policies and procedures.

• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues and assist with issue resolution.

• Maintain a visible presence on the operations floor and support day-to-day activities as needed.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.

• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.

• Communicate operational updates, challenges, and recommendations to leadership.

• Support increased operational demands during peak business periods.

• 1+ years of experience in dispatch, operations, logistics, distribution, or a related environment.

• Previous experience leading, training, or mentoring team members preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational software systems.

• Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to spend time both at a workstation and on the operations floor.
