Job title: Lead DevOps Engineer
About the Role Lead DevOps Engineer to join the Applied Intelligence Personalization team. You'll build and maintain scalable, low-latency infrastructure powering personalization and engagement across Paramount’s streaming platforms, with workloads including real-time machine-learning inference and high-traffic backend services.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable Kubernetes-based infrastructure for personalization services.
- Build and own CI/CD pipelines that ship services (and ML models) to production safely — canary, rollback, progressive delivery.
- Stand up observability and monitor systems to ensure reliability, latency, and developer velocity.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of production DevOps / SRE experience.
- Fluent in Kubernetes and infrastructure as code.
- Strong focus on reliability, latency, and developer velocity.
- Experience with real-time machine-learning inference, event-driven messaging, and high-traffic backend services is a plus.
Nice to Have
- ML-serving experience is a solid plus.
