Job title: Lead Developer – T3
About the Role The Lead Developer – T3 will be a hands-on technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-enabled backend services and integrations. This role focuses on building scalable MCP-based services, robust APIs, and secure integrations that support AI agents and enterprise applications.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to enable standardized communication between AI models, tools, and enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain RESTful and/or event-driven APIs to support AI agents, backend services, and external integrations.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product owners, and architects to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement backend services using best practices for performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Contribute to agent-based and generative AI solutions, supporting orchestration, tool invocation, and contextual data access.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following enterprise development standards.
- Use GitHub for source control, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs in AI-enabled environments.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent standardized communication protocols.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and reliable backend services.
- Strong skills in RESTful and/or event-driven APIs and integrations with AI agents/tools.
- Proficiency with GitHub, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, product owners, and architects.
- Excellent coding standards, documentation, and maintainability.
