About the Role Lead Developer Java / Spring Boot to guide a development team in the design, build and evolution of business web applications. You will be the technical reference, shaping architecture choices, organizing development, and mentoring developers throughout the full application lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Design technical solutions in collaboration with architecture teams and application managers.
- Technically lead the development team and ensure code quality.
- Develop and maintain web applications in Java / Spring Boot.
- Conduct and lead code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure code quality.
- Implement unit testing and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Participate in analysis and resolution of anomalies.
- Support production deployments and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Estimate development workload and participate in technical decisions for future evolutions.
- Provide tech watch and share knowledge with the team. What We're Looking For
- Degree (Bac+5) in computer science or related field; solid Java development experience, including significant experience as Lead Developer or Tech Lead.
- Mastery of Java and Spring Boot; strong development practices; comfortable in an Agile environment.
- Recognized leadership, analytical mindset, and team spirit; enjoy mentoring developers, sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement.
