Location: Sacramento, California (Remote)

Role Overview

The Lead Developer will provide technical leadership and hands-on development for the BECRT platform. Responsibilities include architecture implementation, API development, integrations, cloud-native application development, code reviews, DevOps collaboration, and mentoring development team members. The solution will support external user registration, reporting workflows, fee management, correspondence management, and regulatory data processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for the platform.

• Implement architecture and develop APIs.

• Oversee integrations and cloud-native application development.

• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with the DevOps team.

• Mentor development team members.

• Support external user registration and reporting workflows.

• Manage fee, correspondence, and regulatory data processing.

• Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise .NET applications.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET, and REST APIs.

• Experience with SQL Server or other enterprise databases.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable CI/CD tools.

• Experience with cloud-hosted solutions.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Preferred Qualifications

• AWS experience.

• Government application development experience.

• DevSecOps experience.

• Experience with enterprise integrations.

• Knowledge of XML/CSV data processing.

• Experience with reporting and dashboard development.
