Lead Design Program Manager

About the Role Lead Design Program Manager at Logitech, guiding Creative & Design (C&D) program management to drive end-to-end project execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage a team of PM AI assistants, and ensure progress aligns with Logitech Playbook and Engineering PM schedules.

What You'll Do

• End-to-End Workflow Management: Oversee project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources; use dashboards and weekly updates for real-time visibility; consolidate meeting notes within 24 hours.
• Effective Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate feedback resolution, decision-making, and resource alignment across global stakeholders; create shared channels and organize regular team meetings; conduct retrospectives; standardize formats to avoid cultural misinterpretations.
• Operational Coordination: Engage C&D Operations for contractor/vendor needs; support project-specific challenges with functional leads; leverage RACI charts and Asana for role clarity and collaboration.
• Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Align workflows across Creative, Design, Product Marketing, and Engineering; proactively manage Product Lifecycle schedules; influence timelines early; bridge gaps between Industrial Design, CMF, and New Unique Designs; translate challenges into clear options; manage conflict resolution and decision facilitation.
• Process Development: Map and refine workflows to align with strategic objectives and organizational needs.
