In This Role, Your

Responsibilities

Will Be:

• Champion CRM process improvements and best practices across the MEA region.
• Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Support Salesforce readiness activities, including process alignment, training, and business engagement.
• Improve customer and account data quality through strong data governance practices.
• Enhance digital customer experiences through platforms such as MyEmerson.
• Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights that support business decisions.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.

• You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can translate business questions into clear reports, measures, and actionable insights. You communicate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed stakeholders. You work independently, manage priorities well, and escalate issues appropriately.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM, process improvement, or related areas.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working across teams delivering business and technology solutions.
