Key Responsibilities

Collect and validate cost, commitment, progress and resource data.

Maintain cost reports, forecasts, budgets and variance analyses.

Track approved changes, commitments, invoices and expenditure against control budgets.

Support cost meetings and communicate trends, risks and corrective actions.

Prepare management reports and maintain auditable cost records.

Coordinate with project controls, procurement, finance and project teams.

Skills & Competencies
-
Degree/HND in engineering, quantity surveying, finance, economics or related field

Cost-control/project-controls experience
-
Strong Excel/reporting and analytical capability

Commercial awareness and attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience
-
Relevant degree, HND, OND, trade qualification or recognized professional certification appropriate to the discipline and level.

Relevant industrial, construction, oil & gas, marine or project experience is preferred.
-
Role-specific statutory, technical, offshore, safety or professional certifications shall be provided where required by the client, site or applicable standards.
